CD files have the Read-only-Attribute Set

When the BS2 programs are copied from a CD then the Read-only attribute
will be set and the files cannot be edited. Either right-click on the 
copied file and left click on 'Properties' then uncheck the Read-only 
box, or make a copy of the file with a new name. 
If you double click a file to load it into the Parallax editor and make 
changes, then when you come to Save the file, the editor will tell you 
the file is Read-only and ask you for another name.
