My friend Roger Starnes builds amazing robots.
His robots are built in his spare time, at home, in his garage workshop, and his most ambitious is Scarlet, a humanoid biped robot.

Sadly Roger died peacefully in St Luke's Hospice Winsford, on 15th October 2004
